Had trouble ordering (using Firefox browser0, something about proving I was a real person. Called company to try to order via phone and was told that wasn't allowed. Agent said my problem was my browser (never had any trouble ordering with other companies-eg amazon) so I went back and tried Google browser with success. My complaint was not being able to order by phone. I'm 88 and it is sometimes difficult for me to use the internet. Never had a company refuse to take a phone order before!
