EZ test pools placed a shipping restriction on my shipment , prohibiting me from getting it in a timely manner. The carrier directed me to advise EZ Test Pools to login in to their account and edit the restriction or just call them & the issue could be resolved. EZ Pools was unwilling. EZ Test Pools, in general, just seemed very uncaring about my specific shipping problem.
