This formula is specifically designed to be completely effective without having to drain the pool in most cases. In most cases this stain solution is actually more effective than acid washing the pool while saving time and money along the way. Treatment can take anywhere from 48 hours to several weeks. It is recommended that you do not use the pool while it’s undergoing treatment. You can use Stain Solution #2 with an Ionizer or Nature 2 system but you may want to call technical support prior to doing so.
