Replacement of Seal and Gasket

Very straight forward replacement, especially if you have done this before. Good quality (I never use off-shore brands for this item). This seal lasts from one to three years of constant use. This pump is inside and out of the weather but I have a containment tray under it which is drained to waste so a leak is usually just a matter of annoyance.
