The Hayward Salt & Swim 3C Pro Control Unit W3SAS-PRO is the control unit only and requires a salt cell which is sold separately. The system is designed for use for up to 30,000 gallons. The Hayward Salt & Swim 3C Pro is a salt chlorination system designed to save you over 50% on the cost of chlorine. This system is suitable for in ground pools up to 30,000 gallons and installs into 1-1/2" or 2" plumbing. The unions on the Salt & Swim 3C Pro model need to be glued into the pools plumbing system and should be installed by a pool professional.
