Originally tightened bolts to 18 inch pounds, very slight leak, tightened to 25 inch pounds staggering side to side skipping six bolts then going back and tightening one of the skipped six on side, kept this pattern going until all bolts tightened to 25 inch pounds. No leaks, no guess work as to how much torque you are applying.
