Armor Shield creates a protective barrier in between the vinyl pool liner and the vermiculite, soil, or sand-base. Unlike standard padding comprised of foam, Armor Shield is composed of polypropylene geotextile materials that do not allow slices or punctures to your to your liner typically created by sharp stones, invasive roots, and even shards of broken glass. Armor Shield also insulates and prevents heat loss as well as offer a cushy floor pad for swimmers.
