Free Shipping & Handling Charges
We never charge handling fees on orders, regardless of the order total. No order minimums.
We offer free ground shipping on all orders of $99 or greater to addresses in the Continental United States (Hawaii & Alaska excluded).
To qualify for free shipping, your cart total must equal $99 or more, not including sales tax or other fees. As you proceed through the checkout process, the cart will automatically offer you free shipping prior to asking for your payment. This free shipping promotion is for ground shipping only. General Shipping Policies
- Most orders ship within 1-2 business days (M-F, not weekends).
- Most orders are delivered within 3-6 business days of placing your order (M-F, not weekends).
- FedEx & UPS have temporarily suspended their delivery guarantees due to COVID-19.
- We do not charge handling fees.
- Sales Tax is collected when applicable in accordance with South Dakota v. Wayfair Supreme Court ruling.
We reserve the right to end free shipping at any time.
Expedited Shipping Methods
When choosing expedited shipping, it is important to know that most orders ship within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday). We also do not ship on holidays. Please note that the fulfillment time will not be expedited, however, the carrier speed will be expedited.
Example: An order placed on Thursday night might not ship until Monday during peak pool season. If overnight shipping was selected, the package would be expected to arrive on Tuesday. If 2-Day shipping was selected, the package would arrive on Wednesday.
Damages Policy
In the event that you receive a damaged product, we will request pictures of the damaged item as well as pictures of all sides of the packaging it was received in. We will initiate a damage claim with the carrier and they will pick up the package from your doorstep. The claims can take up to 30 days to process. We will not be able to issue a refund or ship a replacement until this claim is complete. If a replacement part is needed right away, we recommend you place another order and wait for the claim to be complete for a refund.
Optional Extend Shipping Protection is enabled at checkout. You may opt-out during checkout, but it is recommended for coverage in case of loss, theft, or damage. Learn more. Return Policy
30-Day Return Policy
EZ Pool & Spa Supply accepts returns within 30 days from the purchase date. All items must be in original packaging and in original condition. Partly used or opened products can only be returned if deemed defective by the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.
Important: Please do not write on the packaging the product came in. If the manufacturer's packaging is marked up or missing it may make the product non-refundable, as it would not be considered in new or like new condition. Please ship back in another box, or wrap the original box in shipping paper.
Restocking Fees
Orders with a $100 or greater purchase price are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Certain conditions apply. Please call for additional information, (877) 209-7773.
To ensure a hassle-free refund process, please make sure of the following before requesting a return:
- The item is in its original packaging and returned in the original, or acceptable, box/mailer.
- The item was not assembled, installed, or used.
- The product will be returned with all of its parts and manuals.
- All parts/components are not used (do not return parts from a previously purchased item).
- The product has not been registered with the manufacturer.
- The manufacturer's packaging does not contain any sort of markup including writing, stickers, or labels.

The following products are not eligible for returns:
- Liquid or Granular Chemicals
- Salt Cells (unless deemed defective by the manufacturer)
- Pool or Spa Heaters (unless deemed defective by the manufacturer)
- Heat Exchangers (unless deemed defective by the manufacturer)
- Heat Pumps (unless deemed defective by the manufacturer)
- Pool Covers (unless deemed defective by the manufacturer)
- Slides (unless deemed defective by the manufacturer)
- Cleaner Vacuums / Robots (unless deemed defective by the manufacturer)
- Pump & Cleaner Motors (unless deemed defective by the manufacturer)
- Railings / Stairs (unless deemed defective by the manufacturer)
- Liners (unless deemed defective by the manufacturer)
- Above Ground Swimming Pool Kits (unless deemed defective by the manufacturer)
- Light Bulbs
- Paints, Sprays, Sealants, Pigments, and Adhesives
Return Process
The fastest way to initiate a return request is through your account. Log into your account and click the "Returns" link. You may also call us during our normal business hours to discuss the returns process.
Cancellation Requests
Please note, EZ Pool & Spa Supply will make every effort to honor cancellation requests. However, to strive for customer satisfaction, our system fulfills orders as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee that we'll be able to cancel your order before shipping. If the order ships, it is no longer eligible for cancellation and you will need to return the order which will be subject to the terms of our return policy.
Inventory & Cancellations Policy
In light of recent events affecting the manufacturing and distribution of pool products, EZ Pool & Spa Supply reserves the right to cancel orders where the quantity is deemed in excess of normal usage levels or if a product has sold out. Orders that are canceled will be notified by email to the email address associated with the order/account and payments will be refunded within 24 to 48 hours. In some cases, refunds can take up to 4 days to post to your financial institution. No personal or business checks. All orders must be submitted on our website or via phone.
Warranty Information
Products purchased from EZ Pool & Spa Supply are subject to the manufacturer's warranty. All warranty claims need to be handled directly with the manufacturer. We do not accept returns on damaged or malfunctioning products that are covered by the manufacturer's policy. Please see your order history in your account to acquire invoices/receipts for warranty registration purposes.
